Val joined Earlybird Health in 2024 as an Investment Teammate. Prior to joining Earlybird, Val held various roles in an oncology biotech Grey Wolf Therapeutics as it transitioned into the clinical phase, including capital raising support, operations and clinical project management. Val also worked at Molecule2Medicine, a biopharma startup incubator, playing a key role in building the organization. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate at a leadership development consultancy, collaborating with senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies. She gained commercial experience in early-stage technology startups and completed Entrepreneur First, a leading startup talent investment program.
