Valeriya joined Earlybird in 2024 as Head of Finance. She is a member of the CFA Society Germany and began her career in Transaction Advisory Services at EY, where she developed a strong foundation in finance and strategic consulting. Over the years, she has gained diverse industry experience across healthcare, automotive, and publicly listed real estate sectors.

With deep expertise in financial modeling, accounting, and corporate finance, Valeriya has played a pivotal role in designing management reporting frameworks and establishing internal financial processes for startups and venture capital firms. Her contributions have consistently driven operational efficiency and enhanced transparency.
