Thom joined Earlybird Health as a partner in 2002. He is an experienced healthcare executive with both operational and financial expertise, currently serving on the boards of Alesi Surgical, Polares Medical, and Shape Memory Medical. Prior to Earlybird, Thom was Managing Director of Ethicon and Vice President Europe at Johnson & Johnson. He holds a Kaufmann Diploma from the University of Lüneburg.
