Olzhas joined Earlybird in 2024 as a Working Student in Finance and transitioned into a full-time role in early 2025. He supports fund finance and operations at Earlybird Health, working across investor reporting, portfolio monitoring, ESG integration, and fund controlling. His professional experiences started in the public sector in the US and Kazakhstan, complimented by his experience in Ukraine in a telecommunications giant and an NGO. Upon joining Earlybird, Olzhas held finance roles across startups and venture firms in climate tech and healthcare, synthesizing financial data and driving process automation.
