Fabian joined Earlybird Health in 2026 and invests at the intersection of AI, health, and life sciences. Before Earlybird, he led Health & Life Sciences investing for EMEA at Plug and Play Tech Center, backing 38 companies including Biorce and Cardiatec, and working hands-on with founders on commercial strategy, enterprise go-to-market, and follow-on fundraising. He also partnered with leading corporations to drive healthcare innovation, initiating 120 startup-corporate pilot projects and building investment teams across Munich and Saudi Arabia.
Trained as a physicist at LMU Munich, Fabian specialized in medical physics and diagnostics. In 2025, he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Finance list.
